JALAPEÑO FROZEN DAIQUIRI

yield: 1 serving



 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Cider, apple
2 oz.
 Limeade, frozen concentrate
1 oz.
 Lemonade concentrate
1 oz.
 Rum, light
1/2 oz.
 Sugar

1 tsp.
 Food coloring, green

1 drop
 TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce

3 dashes

Garnish 
 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Pepper, jalapeño, small

1 ea.
 Lime, fresh

1 ea.

Method

1Combine all ingredients in a 1 gallon plastic container, blend well and place in freezer.
2Check container in 30-40 minutes. If mixture is beginning to freeze, shake or stir occasionally until the liquids are a slush consistency.
3Serve in a margarita glass; garnish with a jalapeño pepper or a lime wheel, or both.
