ORIENTAL-GARLIC TABASCO® WINGS WITH A SESAME-SOY DIPPING SAUCE

 Oil, for frying

Wing Sauce 
 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Honey

1 cup
 Garlic cloves, smashed and minced

4 ea.
 Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp.
 TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce

1/2 cup

Dipping Sauce 
 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Soy sauce, brewed

2 cups
 Clover honey

2 cups
 Rice wine vinegar

1 cup
 Sesame oil

1 cup

Garnishes

 Scallion brushes

 Carrot flowers

Method

1For the Wings, heat deep-fry oil to 350°F. Fry chicken sections for 13 minutes; remove from oil.
2For the Wing Sauce, mix together all ingredients. Toss cooked wings in sauce. Remove wings from sauce and place on grill for 2 minutes on each side, until bubbly.
3For the Dipping Sauce, whisk together all ingredients.
4Serve Wings hot, with Dipping Sauce on the side. Garnish with scallion brushes and carrot flowers.
