BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA

yield: 1 14-inch pizza

 Prepared pizza sauce
6 oz.
3/4 cup
 Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
1 oz.
2 Tbsp.
 Prepared pizza dough round, 14"

1 each
 Blue cheese, crumbled
1-1/2 oz.
1/3 cup
 Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4-1/2 oz.
1-1/8 cups
 Celery, sliced
2 oz.
1/2 cup
 Chicken breast, cooked, diced
3 oz.
3/4 cup

Method

1Combine the pizza sauce and Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce. Reserve until needed.
2Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Top with the TABASCO®-pizza sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Spread the blue cheese and mozzarella over the sauce, and top with the celery and chicken. Bake in a preheated 450°F. oven for 7 minutes. Allow to cool slightly; cut into 8 slices.
