FIRE & ICE CREAM

 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Milk

1/2 cup
 Cinnamon stick, medium

1 ea.
 Orange peel strip, from small orange

1 ea.
 Cloves, whole

4 ea.
 Vanilla extract

2 tsp.
 Sweetened condensed milk, canned
14 oz.
1 can
 Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce

1-1/2 tsp.
 Heavy cream, whipped

2 cups
 Cinnamon sticks

for garnish
 Orange peel twists

for garnish

Method

1In small saucepan over medium heat, heat milk, cinnamon stick, orange peel and cloves to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Set aside to cool to room temperature. Strain mixture.
2In large bowl, combine milk mixture, vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce. Gently fold in whipped cream. Cover and freeze until firm, stirring once.
3To serve, scoop ice cream into glasses or dessert dishes. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and orange peel twists, if desired.
