GRILLED CHEESE PANINI (All-American Comfort Food Recipe)

yield: 1 sandwich

 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Italian bread, sliced

2 ea.
 Brie cheese
2 oz.
 Tomato, sliced

2 slices
 TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce

2 tsp.
 Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp.

Method

1Top 1 slice of bread with cheese, tomato and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce. Place other slice on top.
2Brush the outsides with mayonnaise and grill on both sides.
3Serve hot.
